Ingredients For Chicken Pizza Roll:
For Dough:
Plain flour 1/2 kg
Yeast 20 gm
White butter 20 gm
Salt 20 gm
Sugar 15 gm
Water as requirement
For Sauce And Chicken:
Chicken breast 300 gm
Tomato paste 1 cup
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili 1 tbsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Thyme 1/2 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Topping:
Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
Method:
First put the flour, yeast, white butter, salt, sugar, water knead it well.
Now place the knead dough in a bowl and cover it with foil.
For making sauce and chicken:
Pour oil in a pan add garlic for frying.
Now add oregano, thyme, chopped red chilies, salt, chicken, tomato paste.
Then pour water cook it on low temperature.
When the sauce dries it means dish is ready.
For Topping:
For knead dough, put the chicken and roll it.
Put mozzarella cheese, close it from its sides.
Then place it for baking it on 180 degree C bake it for 10 to 15 minutes.
When it changes its color then take it out then serve.
Ingredients For Cauliflower Potato Shorby:
Broccoli/Cauliflower 1 small
Oil 3 tbsp
Potato 2-3
Onion 1 medium
Cheddar cheese 100 gm
Water 2 cup
Fresh cream 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Chili powder a pinch
Ingredients For Spicy Party Fish:
Potatoes boiled 2
Fish fillet 300 gm
Spring onion 2
Red chilies chopped 2-3
Garlic chopped 2-3 cloves
Onion 1
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Egg 2
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Flour 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Method:
First put the boiled potatoes, fish fillet, chopped garlic, green onion, chopped fresh red chilies and onion chop it well.
Now take it out in one bowl.
Then add salt, chopped cumin, turmeric, chopped green coriander, chopped red chilies, mix it well.
Now make it small kababs.
Then coat it with dry flour.
Now dip it into beaten egg, coat it with bread crumbs, pour hot oil shallow fry it.
Delicious spicy party fish is ready.
