Ingredients For Rangeen Biryani:
Rice 1/2 kg
Beef Mince 1/2 kg
Onion 3
Tomato 4 to 5
Green chilies 8 to 10
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Black cumin 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Mustard seed 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tbsp
Crushed red chili 2 tbsp
Whole black pepper 1 tsp
Bay leaves 4 to 5
Small cardamom 4 to 5
Cinnamon 2 sticks
Cloves 4 to 5
Tamarind paste 1 cup
Red color 1 pinch
Green color 1 pinch
Clarified butter 1 cup
Salt to taste
Method:
First wash the rice and keep it in water.
Now put curry leaves, chopped black cumin, salt, boil it well, filter it and keep it on a side.
Rice is ready.
Now add ghee heat it add onions make them brown, take it out and keep it on a side.
Now add cinnamon, cloves, whole black cumin, cloves, small cardamom, whole black pepper, mustard seeds make it crispy.
Then add ginger garlic paste and mince roast it, until the mince and ghee.
Now add water then tender it.
When the mince tender then add tomatoes, whole green chilies, cook it well.
Now add ghee, After that add rice.
Now add tamarind paste and half brown onions.
Then spread mince, and remaining rice.
In the end add remaining tamarind paste, brown onion, chopped coriander, pinch of red and green color with water and simmer it.
Then dish out and serve.
Ingredients For Aloo Bukharay Ki Chutney:
Dry plum 1/2 kg
White vinegar 1 cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Small cardamom 2 to 3
Roasted melon seed 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Salt to taste
Method:
First add dry plum, keep it in water for 15- 20 minutes.
Now add dry plum, water and let it cook.
When the water dries add sugar, salt, black pepper and vinegar.
When the sugar saturated then tender it, add roasted melon seed, chopped cardamom, when it becomes smooth then take it out and then serve.
Ingredients For Creme Salad:
Boiled potato 1/2 kg
Boiled eggs 2 t0 3
Soa 1/2 bunch
For Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Cream 2 to 3 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Olive oil 1 tsp
Salt to taste
