Ingredients For Mango Swirls Cheese Cake:

  • Digestive biscuits crush 200 gm
  • Butter  4 ounce

Ingredients For Filling:

  • Cream cheese 200 gm
  • Curd cheese 200 gm
  • Mango blended  1 1/2 cup
  • Caster sugar  1/2 cup
  • Cream  400 gm
  • Gelatin  2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  1 to 2 tbsp
  • Mango pieces  1 cup

Method:

  1. For making base: First crush the digestive biscuits, add melted butter.
  2. Now spread it on lose bottom pan, then bake it on 180 degree C for 10 minutes then take it out and keep it on a side.
  3. For filling: Take a cheese cream, curd cheese, caster sugar, lemon juice beat it well.
  4. Now add beaten cream, fold it in half gelatin.
  5. Then mix the half remaining gelatin with blended mango.
  6. Now spread the cream cheese mixture on biscuit base, and make it equal.
  7. Then make the serial with mango puree, and place it to cool.
  8. In the end garnish it with beaten cream, chopped mango then serve.

Ingredients For Dum Pukht Chicken Tikka:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • White vinegar 1/4 cup
  • Salt  2 tsp
  • Aloo bukhara  10
  • Water  1/4 cup
  • Green chilies  6
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic  1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp

Method:

  1. First give cuts to chicken tikka piece.
  2. Now marinate it with white vinegar, salt and leave it for 4 hours.
  3. After that add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, grinded green chilies, salt, chopped red chilies, chopped garam masala, chopped coriander, cumin mix it well.
  4. Now put that mixture, pour oil stir fry it well, add it into chicken cover it for low temperature cook it for 20 minutes.
  5. Now when the chicken tenders pour oil add wet plum, give steam with coal.

Ingredients For Falsay Ka Achaar:

  • Falsa  1 kg
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Achaari rai 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Onion seeds  1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds  1 tsp

Method:

  1. First wash the falsa nicely.
  2. Now add sugar, salt cover it in plastic bag leave it for a whole night, keep it in fridge.
  3. Then pour oil add achaari rai, chopped red chilies, chopped turmeric, kalonji, fennel mix it well.
  4. Now add the falsa mix them well.
  5. Then fill it in sterilized bottles, and use it after 2 days.
