Ingredients For Chicken Bhindi Masala:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Onion sliced 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
ladyfinger 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Yogurt 125 gm
Oil for fry
Method:
First wash the ladyfinger nicely cut it from both ends, fry them in hot oil.
Now add chopped onions make them golden brown pour oil fry them.
Then add ginger garlic paste, chicken, roast it till its color changes.
Now heat it high add chopped red chilies, chopped coriander, turmeric, chopped cumin fry it for 1 to 2 minute.
Then add salt, yogurt, water beat it well.
Then remove its cover after 8 to 10 minutes, heat it high.
Roast the ladyfinger nicely.
When the gravy becomes thick then take it out in a dish, sprinkle lemon juice and green coriander.
Ingredients For Summer Salad:
Potato boiled 1
Kidney beans 1/2 cup
White beans 1/2 cup
Radish 3-4
Apple 1
Green capsicum 1
Red capsicum 1
Ice berg half
Tomato 2
Cucumber 1
Parsley chopped 1/4 bunch
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Fresh cream 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Method:
First cut the red beans, white beans, radish, green capsicum, red capsicum, ice berg, tomatoes, cucumber, chopped parsley.
Along boiled potatoes, cut it into small pieces. Peel the apple into pieces.
Now add mayonnaise, fresh cream, mustard paste, lemon juice mix it nicely.
Then take out the vegetables, salt, chopped black pepper, dressing mix it well, take it out then serve.

Broccoli/ cauliflower 1 small
Oil 3 tbsp
Potatoes 2-3
Onion 1 medium
Cheddar cheese 100 gm
Water 2 cup
Fresh cream 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Chili powder a pinch
