Ingredients For Badami Korma:

  • Chicken  1 kg 8 pieces
  • Brown onion  1/2 cup
  • Poppy seeds  1 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
  • Almonds  10
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Mixed whole spices 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt  1 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt  1 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder  3 tsp
  • Coriander powder  1 1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
  • Mace  1/2 tsp
  • Green cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Allspice  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First put the poppy seeds, coconut, almond grind it well make the paste and keep it on a side.
  2. Now pour oil, add garam masala, ginger garlic paste, chicken, salt, chopped red chilies, chopped coriander fry it well.
  3. Then pour water cover and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Now add yogurt mixture with ready paste, chopped nutmeg mace, chopped cardamom, garam masala, chopped and fried onions leave it for 15 minutes on low flame.
  5. In the end add kewra. Then garnish with fried almonds then serve.

Ingredients For Chocolate Chip Brownie Pie:

For Base:

  • Butter  4 ounce
  • Caster sugar  2 ounce
  • Flour  8 ounce
  • Egg yolk  1
  • Chilled water  as required

For Brownie:

  • Butter 6 ounce
  • Chocolate 200 gm
  • Eggs  3
  • Vanilla  1 tsp
  • Flour  1 cup
  • Chocolate chip  1 cup
  • Sugar  1 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. For making base: Put butter, caster sugar beat it well, until it becomes creamy.
  2. Now add flour, until it looks like bread crumbs.
  3. Then pour water knead it well, spread it in pie plate.
  4. Now place it in oven on 180 degree C for baking it for 20 minutes.
  5. For making brownie: Take a sauce pan, add chocolate, melted butter, until the butter and chocolates are melts well.
  6. Now take it out in a bowl.
  7. Then add caster sugar mix it well.
  8. Now put the egg one by one and beat it.
  9. After that add vanilla essence, salt, flour fold it well.
  10. Then add chocolate chip mix it, now put it on a base, sprinkle chocolate chip on its top.
  11. After that place it in oven for baking it for 40 minutes, until it is set.
  12. Now take it out cook it, sprinkle icing sugar.
  13. In the end cut it into veggies then serve.

Ingredients For Palak Keema:

  • Mince  1/2 kg
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Onion  1 large
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Milk  1/2 cup
  • Spinach 1/2 kg
  • Fenugreek bunch  4 small
  • Dill 1 bunch

Method:

  1. Pour oil add big onions for frying, until it turns to light golden.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, mince fry it well.
  3. Then add salt, turmeric, chopped red chilies, chopped and crushed cumin, fry it well.
  4. Now pour water,cover and let it cook the mince.
  5. Then add yogurt, fry it well.
  6. After that add spinach, small fenugreek bunch, soya mixture and milk.
  7. In the end add green coriander, green chilies let it be on simmer.
  8. For spinach wash it well, add fenugreek bunch and soya grind it for 10 minutes.
