Ingredients For Firni Delight:
Boiled rice 1 cup
Fresh milk 1 liter
Sugar 1 cup
Fresh cream 1 packet
Boiled almonds 15
Boiled pistachios 15
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Brown sugar 1/2 cup
Biscuits 1 packet
Method:
First crush the marie biscuits.
Now add milk, sugar, boiled rice, chopped small cardamom let it cook.
When the firni becomes thick then turn off the stove.
When the firni becomes cool then add crushed biscuits, brown sugar, boiled and peeled almonds, boiled peeled pistachio, fresh cream, mix it well.
In the end take them out and freeze it.
Delicious firni delight is ready, serve it chill.
Ingredients For Arabian Chicken With Rice:
Chicken legs 2
Chicken breasts 2
Rice 2 cups
Clarified butter 1 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chilies 4
Small cardamom 6
Raisins 1 cup
Boiled almonds 10
Salt to taste
Chopped onion 2
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Method:
First do the 2 piece of legs, and chicken breast.
First wash the rice and keep them in water.
Now pour ghee, add onions make them golden brown.
Now take them out, add chicken breast and chicken legs pieces and dry its water.
Then add white vinegar, chopped cardamom, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, roast it nicely.
Now add chopped almonds, raisins, roast it again.
Then add water, raisin roast it lightly. Then add water and rice let it cook.
When the water dries, then simmer it.
When the steam starts to comes then add delicious rice is ready.
Take it out in a dish add onions, and then serve.
Ingredients For Aloo & Mushrooms Cutlets:
Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
Chopped tomatoes 1 tin
Green coriander 1 bunch
Bread crumbs 1 packet
Beaten eggs 2
Lemons 2
Green chilies 6
Crushed red chili 8
Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
Method:
First wash the potatoes and boil it, peel its skin and mash them.
Now add salt, chopped black pepper, corn flour, chopped green chilies, chopped red chilies, chopped green coriander, lemon juice and mushroom.
Then pour oil in hand, make cutlets, then dip them into egg, coat with bread crumbs.
After that pour oil in a frying pan, fry the cutlets.
When they become golden brown then take it out.
In the end serve the chicken cutlets with tomato ketchup.
