Ingredient For Baked Mutton:

  • Mutton leg 1 small
  • Onion  2
  • Tomatoes  3
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum  2
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped  4-5
  • Papaya paste 4 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil  4 tbsp
  • Aluminum foil  as required

Ingredients For Kashmiri Dum Aloo:

  • Baby potatoes boiled 1/2 kg
  • Ghee  3-4 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds  1 tsp
  • Cumin powder  1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Yogurt  125 gm
  • All spice powder  1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped  2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped  2-3

Ingredients For Almond & Rice Custard:

  • Fresh cream  2 cup
  • Milk  1/2 liter
  • Almond ground 100 gm
  • Sugar  125 gm
  • Almond essence  few drops
  • Rice flour  1/4 cup
  • Almond chopped  25 gm
  • Pistachios chopped 25 gm
