Ingredients For Coconut Caramel Cake:

  • Flour 150 gm
  • Eggs  3
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 150 gm
  • Brown sugar 50 gm
  • Coconut  150 gm
  • Ghee 150 gm

Method:

  1. First add butter, brown sugar, baking powder, flour, mix it well.
  2. Now put it in a baking tray for 180 degree C then take it out.
  3. When it becomes light brown pour ghee, add coconut powder.
  4. In the end bake the cake for 5 minutes on grill.

Ingredients For Chinese Sticky Chicken Wings:

  • Chicken wings  1-1/2 kg
  • White chili  1/4 tsp
  • Garlic  2 cloves
  • Fresh red chili 1
  • Spring onion  2
  • Soya sauce  3 tbsp
  • Brown sugar  4 tbsp
  • Five spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil   1 cup
  • Vinegar  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add brown sugar in a sauce pan cook it well.
  2. Now add soya sauce, vinegar, five spice powder mix it well.
  3. Then add white pepper.
  4. Now pour oil add chicken wings for frying.
  5. Then pour oil add garlic, green onions fry them and take them out.
  6. After that add chicken wings, red chilies.
  7. Then take it out in a dish after frying, sprinkle spring sauce.
  8. After that ad chicken wings, fresh red chilies, sticky sauce then serve.
