Ingredients for Makhani Karahi:

• Chicken 1 kg or 20 pieces
• Yogurt 1/2 cup
• Lemon juice 1/4 cup
• Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
• Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Roasted coriander 1 tsp
• All spice 1 tsp
• Butter 2 oz
• Oil 1/4 cup
• Roasted cumin 1 tsp
• Ginger sliced 1 tbsp
• Green chillies chopped 2
• All spice 1/2 tsp
  

Ingredients for Kit Kat Cheese Cake:

• Digestive biscuit 2-1/2 cup
• Butter 4 oz
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Kit Kat chocolate 1-1/2 cup
• Eggs 3
• Sugar 5 oz
• Gelatin 2 tbsp
• Water 1/4 cup
• Cream cheese 200 gm
• Curd cheese 200 gm
• Fresh cream whipped 12 oz
• Fresh cream whipped 4 oz for garnish
  

Ingredients for Tandoori Drumsticks:

• Chicken drumsticks 1/2 kg
• Hanged yogurt 1/2 cup
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Chilli powder 1 tsp
• Cream 2 tbsp
• Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
• Kasoori methi 1 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Corn flour 1 tbsp
• Orange color 1 pinch
