Ingredients for Bengali Mutton Curry:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Mustard oil 1 cup
  • Bay leaves 1
  • Chopped onion 3
  • Lemons 3
  • Boiled potatoes 4
  • Green chillies 4
  • Fresh red chillies 8
  • Crushed cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Badami Drumsticks:

  • Wings drumsticks 8
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Egg whites 3
  • Almonds 20-25
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Masalay Bharay Karelay:

  • Bitter gourd 6
  • Chopped onion 4
  • Green chillies 4
  • Raw mango 2
  • Curry leaves 6-7
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Jaggery 1 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
