Ingredients For Vegetable Malai Kofta:

  • Boiled potatoes 4
  • Peas  1/2 cup
  • Carrots  1
  • Mint leaves  1 bunch
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 4
  • Green chilies 3
  • Bread slices  2
  • Salt
  • Egg whites
  • Rice flour
  • Black pepper
  • Seekh kabab masala

For Gravy:

  • Onion 3
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chilies  1 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Salt  to taste
  • Fresh cream  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First peel the skin of potatoes and mash them well.
  2. Add pealed peas, carrots, chop it well.
  3. Now add mashed potato, peas, carrot, chopped coriander, chopped mint, chopped green chilies, salt, seekh kabab, rice flour, bread slices, mix them well.
  4. Then add chopped black pepper, salt, make the hands oily, make small koftas, dip it into egg white, shallow fry in hot oil.
  5. Now add big pan, pour oil add onions make them golden brown take it out, spread it on tissue paper to make it crispy add yogurt then mix it.
  6. After that add yogurt, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chopped red chilies, put it into a pan, roast it well and fry the koftas spread them.
  7. Then pour water in  a pan add salt.
  8. When the salan is cooked well then add fresh cream, add big green chilies.
  9. After that add chopped garam masala, simmer it for 5 minutes.
  10. Add chopped green coriander, chopped mint then serve.

Ingredients For Corn Bread Rolls:

  • Bread slices 1
  • Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  • Green onion 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 4
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg whites  2
  • Flour  1 tbsp
  • Corn flour  1/2 cup
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil to fry

Method:

  1. First add cream style sweet corn in a frying pan cook it lightly.
  2. Now add bread slices, cut its all 4 sides, add corn flour, soya sauce, chopped green chilies, chopped black pepper, salt, chopped green onions leaves knead it well.
  3. Then add oil in a pan, add bread slices, make a roll of that mixture, sip it into egg white.
  4. After that put the ready rolls in oil for frying, make them golden brown.
  5. When the rolls becomes ready then add chili sauce for serving.
