Ingredients For Indian Naan Pizza:
Naan 2
Butter 2 tbsp
Boiled chicken 1/2 kg
Onion 1
Garlic 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Tomato paste 1/2 cup
Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
Coconut milk 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
Green coriander 1 tbsp
Oregano 2 tsp
For Peanut Salad:
Fried peanuts 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Cabbage 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Method:
First put the butter and onions make them soft.
Now add garam masala, chopped red chilies, chopped tomato paste, tomato ketchup let it cook.
Then add coconut milk, salt, oregano.
After that add boiled chicken.
Now put the chicken mixture, sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
Then add green coriander then serve.
After that bake it for 10 minutes .
For making peanut salad:
Add roasted peanuts, lemon juice, olive oil salt, cabbage, black pepper mix it well.
Now put it on a baked naan then serve.
Ingredients For Green Pasta Salad:
Boiled pasta 1 cup
Boiled chickpeas 1 cup
Beetroot 1
Broccoli 1 cup
Salad leaf few leaves
Cucumber 1
Spring onion 2
Capsicum 1
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Method:
First add beetroot, salad leaves, cucumber, green onions and chopped capsicum.
Now put yogurt, mayonnaise, chopped black pepper, salt, chopped red chilies.
Then put the vegetables in a dish, add boiled white peas, boiled pasta.
After that add mayonnaise mixture mix it well add honey then serve.
