Ingredients For Gulabi Mutton:
Mutton 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Onion 1 medium
Ginger 1 piece
Green cardamom 5-6
Cloves 4-5
Tomato paste 4 tbsp
Yogurt 125 gm
Water 1 cup
Almond chopped 25 gm
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 4-5 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Method:
First pour oil add chopped onions make them red.
Then add ginger garlic paste, mutton, roast it well, until it changes its color roast it so that its water dries.
Then add cloves, green cardamom, tomato paste, yogurt stir it for 2 minutes.
Now add chopped garam masala, chopped red chilies, salt, water cover and let it cook.
When the mutton tenders after 25 to 30 minutes, then add almonds, chopped green coriander take it out in a dish.
Add chopped ginger on its top then serve.
Ingredients For Lamb Chops In Tomato Sauce:
Mutton chops 1/2 kg
Onion 1
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Tomatoes boiled 3
Green chilies 2-3
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tbsp
Oil for fry
Method:
First add mutton chops, add salt and leave it for a while.
Then pour oil deep fry it well.
When it turns to golden brown then add garlic.
When it turns to golden color, add chopped onions, add boiled tomatoes pour water.
Now add chops cover and let it cook.
Cover it for 15-20 minutes add chopped black pepper, green chilies roast it for 1 to 2 minutes then serve.
Ingredients For Fruit Crystal:
Fruit cocktail
Sugar 1 packet
China grass 1 cup
Water glass
Vanilla essence few drops
Blubbery color few drops
Method:
First add water, china grass let it cook.
Now add sugar.
During this add cocktail fruit chops.
When china grass is cooked well then put them into glasses.
Put remaining few vanilla essence, few blueberry fruit color.
Now add chopped fruits in glass add cream, china grass and add fresh cream in end.
Then place it in fridge for serving.
