Ingredients For Chocolate Ice Cream:
Cream 1 cup
Condensed milk 1 tin
Milk 1/2 liter
Sugar 1 cup
Chocolate sauce 1/2 cup
Chocolate chips 50 gm
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Gelatin powder 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Coffee 2 tbsp
Method:
Pour milk in a pan, cook it well.
When it boils then add sugar.
Along corn flour mix it well.
Now add gelatin powder, pour warm water.
Then add cocoa powder, coffee, beat it with help of batter.
Now put it into air tight box freeze it for 3 to 4 hours.
After freezing, take it out in a serving bowl add chocolate chips then serve.
Ingredients For Black Currant Cheese Cake Ice Cream:
Cream cheese 150 gm
Black currants 100 gm
Biscuit 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Milk 300 milliliters
Cream 1 packet
Icing sugar 100 gm
Egg yolk 4
Method:
First add egg yolk, add chopped sugar, beat it well.
Now add cream cheese, milk, cream, vanilla essence, biscuits in a blender.
In the end add black raisins, egg yolk mix it and freeze it.
Ingredients For Caribbean Ice Cream:
Cream 1 packet
Condensed milk 1 tin
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Pineapple chunks 1 cup
Currant (kishmish) 1/4 cup
Coconut Milk 1 tin
Method:
Beat the cream nicely.
Now add condensed milk fold it well.
In the end add vanilla essence, sugar, raisin, pineapple chunks, coconut milk powder mix it well.
After that put it into box and freeze it.
