Ingredients For Mango Cheese Ring:

  • Curd cheese  8 ounce
  • Mango jelly 1 packet
  • Mango juice  1 cup
  • Mango chopped  1 cup
  • Caster sugar  1/2 cup
  • Mango essence  1/2 tsp
  • Whipped cream 200 gm
  • Gelatin  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Add mango jelly, saturate it into mango juice.
  2. Saturate the gelatin into mango juice, caster sugar, mango essence, mango jelly, gelatin mixture, beat it well.
  3. Then add beaten cream, chopped mango fold the mixture.
  4. Then put it into mold then set it.
  5. In the end add beaten cream, garnish it with mango balls.

Ingredients For Hyderabadi Mutton:

  • Mutton  750 gm
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Tomato paste  2 tbsp
  • Whole spices mixed  1 tbsp
  • Brown onion crushed  1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt  1 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 12 tsp
  • White cumin 12 tsp
  • Allspice  1 tsp
  • Orange color 1 pinch
  • Mint leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  • Curry leaves handful
  • Green chilies 6
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Add mutton pieces, papaya paste, yogurt, tomato paste, chopped garam masala, fried and chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, salt, chopped red chilies, turmeric, chopped and roasted white cumin, chopped garam masala, orange color, chopped mint, marinate it and keep it for 4 hours.
  2. Now pour oil add green chilies, chopped and roasted, curry leaves, fry it lightly.
  3. Then add the marinated mutton cover and let it cook for 20 minutes, pour water if needed.
  4. In the end serve it with naan.

Ingredients For Lasagna Parcel:

  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Sugar  1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Oregano leaves  1 tsp
  • Tomato paste  4 tbsp

For White Sauce:

  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard  1/4 tsp
  • Lasagna strips boiled  12
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese  1 cup

Method:

  1. First pour oil add chopped garlic for frying, until it becomes golden brown.
  2. Now add chopped chicken cook it well, until it becomes ready.
  3. Then add salt, sugar, vinegar, chopped black pepper, chopped red chilies, oregano  fry it well.
  4. Now add tomato paste, mix and take it out, make it cool.
  5. Then grease the oven proof dish, add lasagna stir pieces, put the fillings, fold it like parcel.
  6. Now put it into greased dish, put white sauce, grated cheddar cheese, butter, oregano, chopped red chilies, bake it for 20 minutes until it becomes  light golden.
  7. For White sauce, add butter, flour, milk, salt, mustard, chopped red chilies,  chopped black pepper cook it well make it thick.
  8. Stir it continuously.
