Chicken Krarey, Fish Pulao And Safaid Chanay Ki Chaat by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Chicken Krarey:

  • Chicken boneless  1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon (juice) 1
  • Egg  2
  • Rice flour  3 tbsp
  • Semolina  2 tbsp
  • Flour  2 tbsp
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper  1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Oil  for fry

Method:

  1. First cut the chicken breast into 2 pieces, then stir piece it.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, eggs, chopped red chilies, chopped black pepper, salt mix it well.
  3. Then add rice flour, semolina, flour, mix it well.
  4. In the end add sesame seed mix it well.deep fry it in hot oil, when it becomes golden color then take it out and serve.

Ingredients For Fish Pulao:

  • King Fish  1/2 kg
  • Rice  300 gm
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Onion  2
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Curry leaves  10-12
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Black cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • Mix whole spices as required
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes boiled 2

Method:

  1. First cut the chicken into small pieces.
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste, chopped garam masala, turmeric, salt, marinate it.
  3. Now pour oil shallow fry it and keep it on a side.
  4. Then add ghee, add chopped onions, whole garam masala, green chilies, curry leaves, cumin , black cumin, roast it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Then add water, when water becomes hot then add wet rice.
  6. When the rice starts to comes up then add chopped tomatoes, fried fish, mix it well, simmer it for 8 to 10 minutes, when it becomes ready then take it out and then serve it hot.

Ingredients For Safaid Chanay Ki Chat:

  • White chickpeas 1 1/2 cup
  • Potatoes 3
  • Yogurt  250 gm
  • Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes  2
  • Coriander leaves  a little
  • Mint leaves  a little
  • Green chilies  4-5
  • Salt  to taste
  • Crushed red pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala  1/2 tsp
  • Dry mango powder  1/2 tsp
  • Papri ( crushed) as required
  • Oil  2 -3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put white peas, add boiled potatoes.
  2. Now add peas, salt, chopped red chilies, chaat masala, chopped raw mango, tamarind paste, mix it well.
  3. Along yogurt, papri .
  4. Then pour oil add onions fry it well, until it becomes soft.
  5. Now add tomatoes, green coriander, mint, mix it and put it into chaat.
  6. Delicious white peas chaat is ready.
