Ingredients For Choco Delight:
Digestive biscuits 1 packets
Butter 2 tbsp
Milk 1 liter
Sugar 4 tbsp
Coco powder 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Cream 1 packet
Chopped walnuts 1/2 cups
Chocolate to garnish
Method:
First crush the digestive biscuits, add butter, mix it well, set it in a dish keep it in a fridge for cooling.
Now pour milk add sugar then cook it well.
Pour some milk add corn flour, coco powder saturate it.
Then pour milk cook it till it becomes thick.
Now take it out in a bowl.
Then put the ready mixture into the biscuits dish put the custard mixture.
Then add beaten cream.
In the end garnish it with chopped walnut and chocolate then serve.
Ingredients For Burmese Rice:
Rice 2 cups
Hot sauce 1 tsp
White vinegar 1 tbsp
Ginger 1
Green chilies 6
Black peppercorns 6
Roasted cumin 1 tsp
Chopped capsicum 3
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup
Method:
First keep the rice in water.
Then pour water, add salt, boil it 2/4 th change its water then simmer it for 5 minutes.
Now add roasted white cumin, ginger, green chilies, whole black pepper chop it well.
Then add white vinegar and hot sauce.
After that pour oil add long capsicum, salt, stir fry it well.
Add ready masala, then boil it lightly.
Now make a layer of rice then spread the ready masala.
Then cover it into foil and keep it on 150 degree C for 10 minutes then serve it hot.
Ingredients For Mayo Fried Chicken:
Chicken fillets 4
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Bread crumbs 2 packets
Eggs 4-5
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Flour 1/2 cup
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
Method:
Add mayonnaise chopped red chilies, mustard powder, garlic paste, sugar, chopped black pepper, salt mix it well.
Now add flour, corn flour, baking powder paste it then keep it on a side.
Then put bread crumb, beaten egg.
Then add chicken breast fillet, mayonnaise dip it well.
Now add flour mixture, dip it into egg and put bread crumbs.
Then pour oil in a frying pan, keep that masala for deep frying, when they turn to golden brown then serve.
