Ingredients For Chicken Steak:
Chicken breast 2
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 - 1 1/2 tbsp
Worcester sauce 3 tbsp
HP sauce 2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/4 cup
Fresh cream 2 tbsp
Method:
First cut the chicken breast and open it like a boo, make it thin with hammer.
Now pour oil in a pan, add lemon juice, add mustard paste, mix it well.
Then add oyster sauce, hp sauce, chopped black pepper, chopped black pepper, chopped cinnamon, chopped garlic paste, mix it till the oil disappears.
Now add chicken breast, leave it for a while.
Turn on the grill pan grill it on low temperature.
When its color changes then take it out in a platter.
Then pour remaining sauce in a pan and heat it.
After that add fresh cream, mix it well add chicken put boiled vegetables and salad then serve.
Ingredients For Beef With Red Pepper:
Beef undercut 300 gm
Spring onion 1
Onion 1
Garlic 4 cloves
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Whole red chilies 5-6
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Red bell pepper 1
Method:
First cut the beef undercut in slices.
Now pour oil add garlic cloves, add whole red chilies fry it well.
When it turns to golden then roast it pour water, change its color.
Then add onions, red capsicum, mix it for 1 to 2 minute.
Then add oyster sauce, black pepper, salt, cook it more for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then pour water, add corn flour, pour water, mix it well and make its sauce thick.
When it becomes ready then serve it with rice.
Ingredients For Keema Gobi:
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Cauliflower boiled 1
Onion 1
Green chilies 2-3
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Tomatoes boiled 2
Salt to taste
Turmeric 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
First pour oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste, cook it well.
Then add beef mince, roast it well dry its water.
Now add onions, green chilies, lemon juice, salt, chopped red chilies, turmeric, chopped cumin and boiled tomatoes roast it for a while.
Then add boiled cabbage, simmer it for 8 to 10 minutes.
Now remove its cover and sprinkle green coriander then serve it hot.
