Ingredients For Chicken Dim Sim:

  • Chicken mince 250 gm
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Egg boiled 2
  • Egg  1
  • Flour  250 gm
  • Cinnamon powder  1 pinch
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil  for fry

Method:

  1. First take a flour, add egg, water knead it well. keep it in mind that it should not be too soft nor hard, then keep it on a side.
  2. Add chicken mince, capsicum, onion, boiled eggs, chopped cinnamon, salt, chopped black pepper, chopped white pepper, chop it well, take it out and keep it on a side.
  3. Now make small round balls.
  4. Then fill the mince in its center, make its sides wet and fold its sides.
  5. Now pour oil and deep fry it.
  6. Put the remaining into steam and give it steam up to 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. When it becomes ready then take it out and serve.

Ingredients For Stuffed Tomatoes With Ground Meat:

  • Tomatoes 6
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Water  1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Mince 300 gm
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion  1
  • Rice  100 gm
  • Water 1/2 - 1 cup
  • Dill  1/4 bunch
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper powder  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First peel the skin of tomatoes then take out its seeds, cut its lower part, so that the tomato can be stand.
  2. Now pour oil add onions slices, cook it till it become soft.
  3. Then pour rice, water, cook it well.
  4. When rice are cooked well then turn off the stove, add chopped mince, chopped soya, salt, chopped black pepper mix it well.
  5. Now fill that mixture into tomatoes.
  6. When tomatoes becomes ready then put it into a pan pour water, cover and let it cook.
  7. Remove it cover for 8 to 10 minutes then put that tomatoes into platter, put remaining gravy then serve.
