Ingredients For BBQ Chicken Lasagna:
For Pasta:
Pasta 1 packet
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Chicken Sauce:
Chicken boneless 500 gm
Garlic 6-7
Tomatoes 3-4
BBQ masala 1 tbsp
Red chili 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Tomato puree 1/2 cup
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Salt to taste
For White Sauce:
Flour 2-3 tbsp
Stock 1 cup
Milk 250 gm
Butter 1/2 cup
For Topping:
Mozzarella cheese 150 gm
Cheddar cheese 150 gm
Mushrooms 1 tin
Method:
For White Sauce:
First take a pan, add butter, flour roast it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now put stock and roast it.
Now pour milk, stir it continuously make it thick remove it from stove.
White sauce is ready.
For Chicken Sauce:
Pour oil in a pan, add garlic for frying, then fry the chicken.
Now add tomatoes, roast it well.
Then add tomato puree, chopped black pepper, bbq masala, chopped red chilies, oregano, salt, cook it well, sauce should be thick.
Remove it from stove when sauce becomes thick,
For Boiling Pasta:
Pour water in a pan boil it and pour water add pasta, boil it for 10 minutes, then wash them in cold water.
Then pour oil so that they do not become sticky.
For Topping.
Pour white sauce in a oven tray then pasta then chicken sauce, then white sauce.
Now add cheddar cheese, half mozzarella cheese, mushroom, add pasta then repeat it again in same way.
In the end sprinkle some oregano, bake it on 200 degree C for 10 to 15 minutes then serve.
Ingredients For Sizzling Steak Platter:
Sirlion steak 1-2
Soya sauce 4 tbsp
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Chopped ginger 1 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Mashed Potatoes:
Boiled soft potatoes 2
Cream 1/2 cup
Butter 2-3 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
For Sauce:
Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce
Black pepper
Mustard paste
Salt
For Steamed Vegetables:
Mix vegetables 300 gm
Butter 1/2 cup
Method:
Take a tray add sirlion steak, add soya sauce, paprika, chopped ginger, vinegar, olive oil marinate it well.
Now put the steak on low temperature for 5 to 6 minutes for cooking it from one side.
Now change its sides and cook it for 5 to 6 minutes.
For Making Vegetable:
Give steam to mix vegetables.
Now pour butter, fry the vegetables. fry the steamed vegetables lightly.
Then take it out and keep it on a side.
For Making Sauce:
Put mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce sauce, chopped black pepper, mustard paste, salt blend it well.
Sauce is ready.
For Making Mashed Potato:
Pour butter, add mashed potatoes, salt, chopped black pepper, keep it on low temperature.
When the potato becomes soft.
In the end add cream, mix it well.
Mashed potatoes are ready.
