Ingredients For Lahori Daal Murgh:

  • Chicken  1 kg  16 pieces
  • Cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes  4
  • Ginger garlic  1 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Allspice  1/2 tsp 
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies  4
  • Onion  1 cup
  • Gram lentil  250 gm
  • Salt  1 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First add gram lentil add turmeric boil them.
  2. Now pour oil add onions, tomatoes, salt, chopped red chilies, garam masala, chopped ginger garlic paste, fry them.
  3. Then add chicken for frying.
  4. Now add water, cover and cook it well till the chicken becomes ready.
  5. Then add boiled lentils and simmer it well.
  6. In the end sprinkle green chilies and chopped green coriander.

Ingredients For Mini Chicken Pizza Bites:

For Dough:

  • Flour 2 1/4 cup
  • Instant yeast  1 tbsp
  • Warm milk 1/2 cup
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Sugar  2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Egg white  1
  • Water  1/4 cup

For Filling:

  • Chicken boiled 1 cup
  • Onion chopped 3 tbsp
  • Garlic paste  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper  1 tsp
  • Tomato purees 2 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves  2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 3

Method:

For Making Dough:

  1. Take a pan add flour, yeast, hot milk, salt, oil, sugar, beaten egg, egg white, water mix it well, knead it and make it smooth and soft dough.
  2. Then place it so that the dough become double.
  3. Now for making filling, take a sauce pan, add butter add chopped onions, garlic paste, black pepper, roasted and chopped cumin, chopped red chilies, tomato puree, salt, green coriander, chopped green chilies, boiled chicken, cook it for 10 minutes, until it becomes ready. Then take it out.
  4. Now press the dough and make small portions.
  5. Now press the each dough and add filling.
  6. Now keep it in cover.
  7. Then brush it with egg, and bake it for 200 degree C for 12 minutes

Ingredients For Meethay Samosay:

  • Coconut (kado kash)  1 cup
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Milk   3/4 cup
  • Sugar  1/2 cup
  • Almonds  1/2 cup
  • Poppy seeds 2 tbsp

Ingredients For Manday:

  • Flour 250 gm
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Ingredients For Vegetable & Cheese Samosay:

  • Spring onion 2
  • Carrot 1
  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage 1/2 cup
  • Egg 2
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 1 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • salam. i would like to know is it possible if we make the buns and freeze them, then defrost and put them in oven to bake. as ramdan is coiming it is a good thing to serve on iftar. would be great if you could let me know. Many Thanks
