Ingredients For Oven Chicken With Vegetable:
Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Garlic 3 cloves
Onion 2
Green beans 250 gm
Brinjals 1
Tomatoes 2
Carrot 1
Potato 1
Lady fingers 125 gm
Capsicum 1
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Butter 4 tbsp
Water 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese 1/2 packet
Method:
First cut the chicken into slices.
Then add onions, green beans, carrot, potato, capsicum cut it into pieces.
Now add vegetables, ladyfinger, chopped garlic, chicken slice, tomato paste, salt, chopped black pepper, butter, mix it well.
Now put this mixture into oven proof dish.
Pour water on its sides, bake it on 180 degree C for 15 to 20 minutes.
When the chicken and vegetables are cooked well then take it out from oven.
Then add grated cheddar cheese bake it for 5 minutes. When it becomes ready then serve it
Ingredients For Fruity Falooda:
For the Falooda:
Corn flour 1 cup
Water 1 glass
Kewra 1 tbsp
For The Topping:
Red jelly 1 packet
Green jelly 1 packet
Soaked basil seeds 2 tbsp
Milk 125 gm
Kalakand 125 gm
Pistachios and almonds 25 gm
Chopped pineapple 2-3 slices
Vanilla ice cream 1/2 liter
Red syrup as required
Crushed ice as required
Method:
First add water in individual bowl mix red jelly and green jelly, cook them and keep them on side.
Now pour milk in a pan, then add kalakand mix it well.
Chop the pineapple and keep it on a side.
Now mix the corn flour in water and cook it into non stick pan on low temperature.
Now pour water, stir it while cooking.
When it becomes thick then sprinkle some water and stir it continuously.
When it becomes ready then fill it into mold for making falooda.
Keep cool water in a separate bowl, then press the falooda.
Then add jelly pieces, then add ready vermicelli.
Then add jelly, ice, kalakand, thyme, ice cream, red syrup then serve.
Sprinkle some almonds and pistachio.
Delicious fruity falooda is ready.
