Badaam Ka Sharbat, Charcoal Kabab And Choori by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Choori:

  • Stale Roti  1
  • Clarified butter  1/2 kg
  • Water  2 to 3 glass
  • Yellow & red lentil  100 gm
  • All spices powder  1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder  1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds  1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder  1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder  2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First add yellow and red lentils wash them.
  2. Then pour ghee, ginger garlic paste then cook it.
  3. When the ginger garlic paste is cooked well then pour water.
  4. Then add garam masala, turmeric, cumin, chopped coriander, chopped red chilies, salt mix it.
  5. Now add lentils, pour water.
  6. When the lentils are tendered then add stale roti , roast it on low temperature.
  7. Delicious choori is ready.

Ingredients For Charcoal Kabab:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  • Onion  1
  • Garlic  2-3 cloves
  • Ginger  1 piece
  • Tomatoes  4
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper powder  1/2 tsp
  • Greek yogurt  125 gm
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Charcoal  as required

Method:

  1. First cut the chicken boneless into 1 to 2 layers and cut it into stir pieces.
  2. Now put the lemon juice, onions, ginger pieces, garlic cloves, chop it and take it out in a bowl.
  3. Then add chicken, turmeric, chopped black pepper, salt take out the water marinate it well.
  4. Leave it for half an hour.

Ingredients For Badaam Ka Sharbat:

  • Khoya  125 gm
  • Milk  1 glass
  • Vanilla ice cream  1 scoop
  • Fresh cream  100 gm
  • Almond  150 gm
  • Sugar  6 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add almonds, pour water  boil it and then remove its skin.
  2. Then take a pan, add milk and boil it.
  3. After that add milk, khoya, sugar mix it well then cook it.
  4. Then blend it in blender.
  5. In the end add ice cream. Pour sharbat on it then serve.
  6. Tasty badaam ka sharbaat is ready.

  • Simple bhuni chicken recipe. marinate 500 gms boneless chicken cut into cubes with, 1 tbsp chat masala, 1 tsp curry powder, 1 tbsp chicken tikka masala, 3 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp tenderizer. Leave it for 2 hours. Cook in 3-4 tbsp oil. U can chk salt later and adjust it, I dont add extra salt. Keep little gravy.jazak allah. Plz try this me cooking and let me know. Samina jalil made this for chicken tikka pizza.i add tenderizer myself to make it more soft.i have tried this recipe, its v good.
