Ingredients For Bihari Keema:
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Big Cardamom 2
Lemons 2
Chopped onion 2
Red chilies 3
Green chilies 4
Small cardamom 6
Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
Yogurt 1/2 tsp
White cumin 1 tsp
Chickpeas 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Bihari Masala 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First add whole red chilies, whole coriander, white cumin, small cardamom, peas, big cardamom then chop it.
Now pour oil in a pan, add onions make them golden brown, then take it out.
Now add mince, salt, chopped ginger garlic paste, chopped masala, bihari masala, yogurt, lemon juice, green chilies, mix it well.
When the water dries then roast it well.
In the end add fried onions, mint then serve.
Ingredients For Bhindi Gosht:
Mutton 1/2 kg
Lady Finger 250 gm
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Allspice powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped onion 2
Lemons 2
Chopped coriander 1/2 bunch
Green chilies 3
Oil 1 cup
Method:
First put the mutton in a pan, add hot water, pour oil, turmeric, chopped red chilies, chopped ginger garlic paste, chopped onions let them cook.
Now wash the lady fingers, dry them and give cut on its top.
When the mutton dries then add lady fingers, chopped green chilies, roast it lightly and add hot water cover and let it cook on low temperature.
When the oil starts to comes up then add lemon juice, chopped green coriander, green chilies, chopped garam masala, simmer it for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle salt when serving.
Ingredients For Chicken Ka Badami Korma:
Chicken 1 kg
Chopped onion 4
Small cardamom 8
Chopped almonds 10
Clarified butter 1 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
All spice powder 1 tsp
Black salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Poppy seeds 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
