• Milk  1 liter
  
• Yogurt  1/2 kg
  
• Soda water 1 can
  
• Spinach  2 kg
  
• Spring onion 1 bunch
  
• Black pepper  1 tsp
• Butter  250 gm
  
• Beef mince  1 kg
  
• Olive oil  2 cup
  
• Salt  to taste
  
• Parsley  2 bunches
