Ingredients For Egg Plant Kebab:

  • Eggplant  2 kg
  • Capsicum  100 gm
  • Tomatoes  1/2 kg
  • Onion chopped  3
  • Tomato paste  1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Beef undercut  1 1/2 kg
  • Oil  1 liter
  • Garlic chopped 2 cloves

  • Samosa strips 2 packet
  • Egg  6
  • Milk  1 liter
  • Yogurt  1/2 kg
  • Soda water 1 can
  • Spinach  2 kg
  • Spring onion 1 bunch
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Butter  250 gm
  • Beef mince  1 kg
  • Olive oil  2 cup
  • Salt  to taste
  • Parsley  2 bunches
