Ingredients For Reddish Chicken:
Chicken 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Onion 1
Tomatoes 3-4
Boiled beetroot 1/2 kg
Black pepper 1 tsp
Stock 1 cup
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First cut the boiled beetroot in pieces.
Then pour oil in a pan add onions, ginger garlic paste for frying.
Then add tomato paste for roasting.
Now add chopped black pepper, chopped soya sauce, oyster sauce, chopped cumin, salt mix it well.
Then add stock, beetroot cook it well then tender the chicken.
Put the brown sugar, lemon juice, mix it well dish out it then serve.
Ingredients For Potato Russess:
Chicken mince 250 gm
Egg 1
Curry leaves 2-3
Boiled potatoes 4-5
Onion paste 1/2 cup
Tomato paste 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Red chili paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Rose mary 1/3 tsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First add boiled potatoes mash them.
Now add red chili paste, chopped turmeric, chopped black pepper, salt, and chopped rosemary roast it then mix it well then remove it from stove.
After that add potatoes, chicken filling then close it.
Now pour oil in a pan, add balls, eggs then fry it.
After that pour oil in another pan, add curry leaves make them crispy.
Then add ginger garlic, onion paste for frying.
Now add tomato paste, salt, red chilies then roast it.
After that pour oil make the sauce thick let it cook.
When the sauce becomes thick then fry it well and put the balls mix it and take it out in a dish then serve.

Lychee 1 cup
Lychee juice 1 cup
Sugar 4 tbsp
Crushed ice as required
Mint leaves to garnish
