Ingredients For Donut Kabab Ki Chaat:
Mince machined 1/2 kg
Onion 2 large
Potato 2 medium
Green chilies 6
Gram lentils 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
All spice 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Water 2 cup
Ingredients For Pina Colada Pie:
For The Base:
Coconut cookie crumbs 3 cup
Butter 100 gm
For Pina Colada Filling:
Cream cheese 200 gm
Whipped cream 200 gm
Pineapple tidbits 2 cup
Coconut milk powder 5 tbsp
Caster sugar 2 tbsp
Pineapple essence 1/2 tsp
White chocolate chips to decorate
Method:
First mix the coconut cookies with butter mix them all, press in 9 inch pie plate base.
Now bake it on 180 degree C for 10 minutes.
For filling add beaten cream, coconut milk powder.
Now add cream cheese beat it till it becomes smooth.
Then add caster sugar, pineapple essence, beat it well.
Now add beaten cream, pineapple tidbits fold it in buns.
Then spread it on base.
Now garnish it with whiter chocolate chips and glazed cheese then serve.
Ingredients For Honey Fried Chicken:
Chicken 1 kg
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Red pepper 1 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Egg 1
Flour 3 tbsp
Corn flour
Self raising flour
Ingredients For Honey Sauce:
Honey 4 tbsp
Ketchup 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Method:
For making honey sauce, add honey, ketchup, lemon juice, chili garlic sauce, mayonnaise mix it well.
For making chicken add chicken pieces, vinegar, red chilies, chopped ginger garlic, salt, egg, flour, cornflour, marinate it for an hour.
Now add self rising flour roll it well then coat it.
After that pour oil keep it on low temperature for 20 minutes.
Serve it with honey sauce.
