Ingredients For Chicken Shashlik:

  • Chicken boneless  1 kg
  • Garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Ginger paste  1 tsp
  • Sugar  1 tsp
  • White vinegar  1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce  1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes  1/2 tbsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

For Vegetables:

  • Chopped tomatoes 3
  • Chopped capsicum 3
  • Chopped onion  3

To add in vegetables:

  • Oil  1 tsp
  • Soya sauce  1 tbsp
  • White vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Black pepper

For Sauce:

  • Tomatoes 3
  • Soya sauce  1 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tsp
  • Oil  1 tsp
  • White vinegar  1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First crush the chicken lightly.
  2. Now add chicken with garlic paste, ginger paste, white vinegar, soya sauce, sugar, chopped red chilies, salt leave it for half an hour.
  3. Pour oil add marinated chicken pieces with masala, fry it with both sides dry its water and put it into a pan.
  4. Then pour oil add tomatoes, capsicum, chopped onions fry it lightly.
  5. Now add soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, mix it well after 3 minutes put the vegetables in chicken.
  6. After that add tomatoes, soya sauce, salt, chopped red chilies cook it lightly.
  7. Now boil the rice.
  8. Before serving pour oil in a pan, add garlic, make them golden brown boil the rice.
  9. Take a big tray spread the rice.
  10. Put ready chicken, vegetables and sauce then serve.

Ingredients For Chocolate Bread & Butter Pudding:

  • Bread slices  6
  • Butter  1 packet
  • Chocolate spread 1/2 cup
  • Beaten egg  4
  • Sugar powder 1 tbsp
  • Fresh milk  1 cup
  • Fresh cream  1 packet
  • Coco powder  2 tbsp
  • Raspberry 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First take a bread slice cut its sides, paste butter and raspberry jam.
  2. Now cut it from center, grease the baking tray then spread on it.
  3. Then make layer of chocolate.
  4. Saturate the cocoa powder in water, pour fresh milk.
  5. After that add egg, chopped sugar, beat it well and spread it on sheet.
  6. Keep the temperature of oven to 180 degree C.
  7. Take out the ready slice for 15 minutes, so that the milk is absorb well.
  8. Put water on oven tray, and place baking dish, keep it in mind that water do not goes inside.
  9. When it turns to golden brown take it out and serve it with fresh cream and ice cream.

Ingredients For Spicy Fried Rice:

  • Rice  2 cups
  • Chopped carrots 2
  • Chopped capsicum  2
  • Green coriander  6
  • Egg  3
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Sesame seed oil  1 tsp
  • Brown sugar  1 tsp
  • Yellow food color  as required
  • Red chili flakes  1 tsp
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp
  • White vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Mushroom slice  1 tin
  • Green onion  1 cup
  • Garlic cloves  4

Method:

  1. First wash the rice.
  2. Now add boiled white vinegar and salt.
  3. Now pour oil add chopped garlic cloves make them golden brown.
  4. Put pinch of yellow color, chopped red chilies, beat it. put them in oil, stir it well.
  5. When they becomes pieces then keep it on a side.
  6. Now add chopped carrot, capsicum, mushroom slices stir fry it well.
  7. Then add white vinegar, soya sauce and brown sugar.
  8. Then add rice stir it continuously.
