Ingredients For Sayel Machli:

  • Fish  1 kg
  • Potatoes 3
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Onion  3
  • Chili powder 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/4 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Coriander powder  1/2 tsp
  • Crushed all spice 1 tbsp
  • Oil  8 tbsp

For Fish Masala:

  • Garlic  10 cloves
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies  4
  • Coriander seeds  1 tbsp
  • Red pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind paste  8 tbsp
  • Oil  1 tbsp

Ingredients For Bheh Palak:

  • Spinach  750 gm
  • Tomatoes  2
  • Yogurt  4 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder  1 tsp
  • Dill chopped  1 bunch
  • Garlic chopped  1 tbsp
  • Lotus Root  1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 6
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves  1/2 bunch
  • Fenugreek leaves  1 bunch
  • Chili powder  1 tbsp

Ingredients For Khopray Ki Barfi:

  • Desiccated coconut 1/2 kg
  • Sugar  1/2 kg
  • Khoya  250 gm
  • Cardamom 2 pods
  • Ghee  125 gm
  • Pink/ green food color  few drops
  • Silver foil  for garnish
