Ingredients For Karhi Chawal:
Rice 1/2 kg
Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
Ghee 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Water as required
Ingredients For Karhi:
Gram flour 125 gm
Onion 2
Yogurt 250 gm
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water as required
Curry leaves 2-3
Ingredients For Pakora:
Gram flour 250 gm
Onion 2
Green chilies 4
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
First add yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder and salt mix it well.
Pour water, make a mixture thin, add flour, pour more water mix it well. Fry the onions and put it into pan.
Add onions in a flour and leave it to cook.
Fry the chopped cumin, curry leaves and give the tarka to karhi.
Put red chilies, chopped whole cumin, whole coriander, salt and gram flour mix it well.
Now give the shape of pakora and fry it.
Put these pakora in a pan.
For making rice, pour ghee add cumin, rice, salt, water and let it cook, serve the rice with karhi.
Ingredients For Steam Kabab:
Mince 1/2 kg
Onion 1
Ginger 1 piece
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Green chilies 6
Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Method:
First take a mince, onion, ginger, garlic paste, chopped coriander, green chilies, chopped black pepper, salt chop them well.
Now make the hands oily make kababs fry them in hot oil.
Then give them steam, steam it for 12 minutes.
After that add green coriander and ginger for garnishing serve it with chutney and raita.
