Ingredients For Chicken With Sabzi:
Chicken biryani cut 6
Salt 1 tsp
Fried cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chili paste 4 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil for Frying as required
For Vegetables:
Green peas 1 cup
Carrot 1 cup
Potato 1 cup
Cauliflower 1 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Method:
First add chicken biryani cut, roasted and chopped coriander, roasted cumin, green chili paste, ginger garlic paste, salt, vinegar cook it on low flame.
When the water dries then pour oil add peas, carrot, potato, cauliflower and butter simmer it on 10 minutes.
Ingredients For Eggless Mango Mousse:
Mango puree 2 cup
Cream 2 cup
Icing sugar 1/2 cup
Gelatin powder 1 tbsp
Water 4 tbsp
Method:
First mix the mango puree, sugar cook it well and make it cool.
Now add beaten cream.
Then add gelatin powder in a water.
After that mix all ingredients and fold it.
Garnish it with mango and mint leaves before serving.
