Ingredients For Keema Daal Pulao:

  • Rice  1/2 kg
  • Mince  1/2 kg
  • Boiled whole black lentils 250 grams
  • Tomato 250 grams
  • Capsicum  250 grams
  • Mint leaves  1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion  2
  • Green chili  10
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Whole all spice 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Salt  2 tsp

Method:

  1. First pour oil, add onions make it brown.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, chopped black masala, salt, turmeric, chopped red chili for roasting.
  3. Then add water cover and let it cook.
  4. When the mince is tendered then add boiled whole black lentil, rice, green chilies then let it cook.
  5. When the simmer it done then add mint, capsicum turn off the stove after 20 minutes.

Ingredients For Fruit & Chicken Salsa Salad:

  • Boneless chicken  300 grams
  • Onion  1
  • Mango 1
  • Plum  4
  • Chopped lettuce leave 1 cup
  • Cabbage  1 cup
  • Oil  1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds powder  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp

For making Salsa 

  • Chopped Green chilies 2
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Oregano  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add chicken boneless, chopped red chilies, chopped cumin, salt, oil let it cook on low temperature for 10 minutes.
  2. For making salsa add tomato ketchup, lemon juice, chopped green chilies, chopped oregano, mango, mango plum, salt mix it well.
  3. Now add salad leave in a platter, then cabbage and onions.
  4. Then put chicken, put salsa on its top.
  5. Delicious fruit & chicken salsa is ready.
