Ingredients For Mutton Steam:
Mutton 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Yogurt 375 gm
Vinegar 2 cup
Nutmeg ground 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 2 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Chaat masala 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
First add mutton, salt, vinegar, ginger garlic paste mix it well.
Now add chopped red chilies, chopped garam masala, chopped cumin, nutmeg ground, yogurt, chaat masala, mix it well.
After that fry it well. Then add yogurt masala, coat it then put it on steamer.
Serve it when mutton tenders.
Ingredient For Punjmail Daal:
Gram lentils 50 gm
Yellow lentils 50 gm
Red lentils 50 gm
White lentils 50 gm
Whole black lentils 50 gm
Onion 2
Green chilies 4-5
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Mix whole spices as required
Salt to taste
Ghee 1/2 cup
For Tarka:
Garlic 8-10 cloves
Curry leaves few
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Method:
First add Gram lentils, Yellow lentils ,Red lentils, White lentils and Whole black lentils keep them in water.
Now put onions in a ghee.
When it becomes soft, add green chilies, turmeric powder, chopped red chilies, garam masala and salt roast it well.
Then pour water, simmer it on low temperature cook it on 20 to 25 minutes.
When it becomes soft then pour water, add garlic, few curry leaves, whole cumin give tarka.
Punjmail daal is ready.
Ingredients For Tropical Fruit Punch:
Melon 1 cup
Orange juice 1 cup
Crushed ice 1 cup
Mango puree 1/2 cup
Caster sugar 2 tbsp
Method:
First add mango puree, chopped melon, orange juice, chopped ice, caster sugar blend it well.
Then pour it in a glass then serve immediately.
