Ingredients For No Bake Key Lime Pie:

  • Digestive biscuit 3/4 cup
  • Sugar  1/4 cup
  • Butter  25 gm
  • Condensed milk  8 oz
  • Cream cheese  4 oz
  • Lime juice  1/3 cup
  • Whipped cream  as required

Method:

  1. Mix crushed digestive biscuits, sugar and butter, press in a baking pan and refrigerate till firm.
  2. Beat condensed milk and cream cheese, gradually add in lime juice.
  3. Pour into pie shell, chill until firm.
  4. Serve with whipped cream and garnish with lime.

Ingredients For Potato Pancakes:

  • Egg  1
  • Mashed potato 1 cup
  • Milk  1 tbsp
  • Green onion  1
  • Oil  for frying

Method:

  1. Blend together egg, mashed potatoes and milk until smooth.
  2. Add green onion and mix. In pan heat little oil and put a spoonful of the mixture, flatten with the spatula.
  3. Fry until crispy golden from both sides.

Ingredients For Six Second Chicken Salad:

For Marinating The Chicken:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce  3 tbsp
  • Garlic  3 cloves
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar  1 tsp

For Salad:

  • Apple 1
  • Onion  1
  • Walnuts  2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise  2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken with all the marinate ingredients and then grill it.
  2. Now finely chop and grilled chicken, onion and apple, toss everything together.
  3. Dish it out and serve.
