Ingredients For Chicken Chana Pakora:
Chicken breast 1 whole
Chickpeas boiled 1 cup
Onion 2
Gram flour 1 cup
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Green chilies 4-5
Crushed cumin 1 tbsp
Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
Crushed red pepepr 1 tbsp
Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
Method:
First cut the chicken breast in thin julienne pieces.
Now add onion, green chilies, gram flour, chopped cumin, chopped coriander, chopped red chilies, dry fenugreek, salt mix it with water.
Chop the half chickpea, keep the half remain.
Then mix it with both top mixtures.
Ingredients For Kachi Chicken Ki Biryani:
Chicken 750 gm
Rice 1/2 kg
Tomatoes 2
Onion 2
Green chilies 6-8
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
Yogurt 375 gm
Dried plum 50 gm
Kewra 2 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Mix whole spices as required
All spice powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ghee 1 cup
Method:
First pour oil in a pan add chopped onions make them golden brown, then take it out.
Add yogurt beat it well, add chopped red chilies, chopped turmeric, chopped garam masala, salt and garlic paste mix it well.
Give cuts on chicken, mix it to yogurt mixture and mix it.
Pour water in a pan, add salt, rice.
Then cook the garam masala with ghee.
After that add chicken and yogurt mixture.
Now add plum, green chilies, tomatoes, green coriander, chopped mint and make layer of brown onions.
Then make layer of rice, now put the brown onions with ghee and simmer it.
When it becomes soft then take it out and serve.
Ingredients For Fresh Mint & Lemon Drink;
Mint leaves 8
Ice cubes 1 cup
White soda 1 cup
Caster sugar 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method:
First put all the ingredients above in a blender, blend them all well.
Then add mint leaves for garnishing then serve.
