Ingredients For Bhindi Gosht Korma:
Mutton 1/2 kg
Ladyfinger 1/2 kg
Onion 3
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Yogurt 250 gm
Mix whole spice as required
Ginger 1 piece
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 3 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Kewra 2 tbsp
Ghee 1 cup
Method:
First add onions for frying.
When the onions becomes golden brown then take it out and keep it on a side.
Now pour oil in a pan, add chopped ginger garlic paste, garam masala and mutton let it cook.
Now fry the lady finger in another pan.
When the mutton tenders then add yogurt, along chopped red chilies and chopped coriander.
When the lady finger fries then add kewra simmer it for 4 to 5 minutes.
Take it out in a plate and sprinkle chopped ginger then serve.
Ingredients For Keema Matar Pulao:
Rice 300 gm
Mince 300 gm
Peas 200 gm
Potatoes 2
Whole black lentil 100 gm
Onion 1
Star anise 4
Green chilies 4
Ghee 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Button red chilies 6-8
Water as required
Method:
First pour ghee in a pan, add chopped ginger garlic paste for cooking.
When it turns to golden color then add green chilies, dry red chilies, star anise seeds, roast it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then add boiled potato, boiled peas, boiled curry masoor roast it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now pour water, when water is near to boil then add rice.
When the rice becomes ready for simmer then simmer it for 8 to 10 minutes.
Delicious Qeema Matar Pulao is ready.
