Ingredients For Khara Masala Keema:
Beef mince 1 kg
Chopped garlic 6-8
Chopped onion 2
Tomatoes 4-5
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Chopped big cardamom 3-4
Crushed cinnamon 4-5
Crushed cloves 2-3
Red chili flakes 2 tbsp
Green chilies 8-10
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Ginger 1 inch piece
Oil 4-5
Salt to taste
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add chopped black pepper, chopped cinnamon, chopped big cardamom, clove, curry leaves make it crispy.
Then add chopped onions, chopped garlic for frying.
When the onions becomes brown then add mince when color changes then add tomatoes, chopped red chilies, green chilies roast it well.
When it is tendered then add green coriander simmer it well.
When simmer is done then remove it from stove, then add ginger slices and green coriander for garnishing then serve.
Ingredients For Masala Dosa:
Rice 3 cups
Yellow lentil 2 cups
Cumin 1 tsp
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
For Masala:
Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Boiled potatoes 3-4
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves as required
Oil 4-5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First take a yellow lentil keep it in water for a night, then grind it and make it thick paste add salt.
Now place it in warm place for 3 to 4 hours.
When this mixture begins to rise then beat it, so that is becomes smooth batter.
Dosa is ready.
For Filling:
Pour oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Then add chicken for roasting it.
Now add boiled potatoes, chopped cumin, chopped red chilies, turmeric, salt and garlic paste cook it well.
When it is cooked then remove it form stove.
Now pour oil add dosa paste, give it shape of roti.
When it is slightly cooked then add masala roll it like a roll and cook it from both sides. Masala Dosa is ready.
Ingredients For Bhunay Khopray Ki Chutney:
Coconut 1 cup
Whole red chili 5-6
Tamarind paste 1 tsp
Curry leaves 5-6
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First add coconut slices for roasting.
Now pour in a pan, add mustard seeds, whole red chilies, curry leaves make it crispy.
Then add coconut in a dry pan, roast it for 1 to 2 minute.
Now roast it in a blender, add coconut, mustard seeds, curry leaves, tamarind paste, whole red chilies, salt in a blender.
Take it out in a serving bowl then serve it.
