Ingredients For Golden Chicken Nuggets:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Eggs  3
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Flour  1 tbsp
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce  2tbsp
  • White vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs  as required
  • Oil  to fry
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First add chicken boneless and beat it lightly.
  2. Now add soya sauce, white vinegar, flour, corn flour, salt, chopped white pepper, mustard powder leave it for 10 minutes.
  3. Now add beaten eggs.
  4. Then dip the chicken boneless into egg, then coat it with bread crumbs.
  5. Now dip it into egg, paste bread crumbs, deep fry it in hot oil.
  6. When it becomes golden brown then take it out on a tissue paper, so that the oil absorbs.
  7. Delicious golden chicken nuggets is ready.

Ingredients For Boti Kabab Masala:

  • Undercut 1 kg
  • Lemons  3
  • Small cardamom  6
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • White cumin  1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds  1tbsp
  • Ginger paste  1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes  1/2 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Mustard oil  2 tbsp
  • Bihari kabab masala  3 tbsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First  add white cumin, poppy seeds and small cardamom chop it well.
  2. Now take undercut chicken pieces, wash it and take it out in a bowl.
  3. Along ginger garlic paste, yogurt, bihari kabab masala, lemon juice, papaya paste, chopped garam masala and salt mix it leave it for a while.
  4. Then add olive oil mix it.
  5. After that take a wide pan, spread the chicken pieces, pour some oil on it.
  6. When they are steamed well then add onions serve it with naan.
