Two Tone Chocolate Chip Cookies, Ice Cream Soda Sharbat, Cocktail Fried Kababs, Rainbow Egg Delight And Chana Puri by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients For Two Tone Chocolate Chip Cookies:

• Butter  4 ounce
• Brown sugar  1 cup
• Vanilla essence  1 tsp
• Soda by carb 1 tsp
• Eggs  2
• Flours 2 cup
• White chocolate chips  1/2 cup
  
• Dark chocolate chips  1/2 cup

Method:

1. First take a butter, brown sugar, soda bi carb, vanilla essence in a bowl beat it, until it becomes light and fluffy.
2. Now add egg beat it well.
3. Then take another egg beat it and mix the white chocolate chips and dark chocolate in a flour.
4. Now place it on a baking tray with help of cookies scoop, heat it on 180 degree C for 12 to 15 minutes.
   

Ingredients For Cocktail Fried Kababs:

• Mince  1/2 kg
  
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  
• Onion  2 large
  
• Green chilies grinded  2 tbsp
  
• Roasted gram flour  3 tbsp
  
• White cumin roasted  3 tsp
• Black pepper  1 tsp
  
• All spice  1-1/2 tsp
  
• Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  
• Chili powder  2 tsp
  
• Salt  1-1/2 tsp
  
• Bread slices  4

Method:

1. First add mince, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, chopped green chilies, roasted flour, roasted and chopped cumin, chopped black pepper, garam masala, turmeric, chopped red chilies, salt, bread slices mix them all and marinate it well.
2. Now make a kabab and deep fry it.
   

Ingredients For Ice cream Soda Sharbat:

• Milk  1 liter
  
• Condensed milk  4 tbsp
  
• Ice cream syrup  3 tbsp
  
• Cream  1 packet
  
• Almonds And pistachio  1/2 cup
  
• Elachi powder 1/2 tsp
• China Grass  2 tbsp
  
• Pista ice cream  2 to 3 scoop

Method:

1. Take a jug put condensed milk, ice cream syrup, cream, chopped cardamom, pista scoop ice cream.
2. Now add china grass, mix it with green color and freeze it.
3. Now add ready ice cream soda sharbat with china grass serve it chill.
