Ingredients For Aloo Kay Samosay:
Flour 1/2 kg
Oil 10gm
Carom 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
For Filling:
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Oil for frying
Salt as required
Method:
First mix all the ingredients in a flour and knead it and leave it for 15 minutes.
Now add boiled potatoes mash them thick.
Then pour oil add salt, chopped red chilies, turmeric, chopped green coriander and cumin, roast it well and add potatoes.
Along green coriander, mix and turn off the stove.
After that make small portions and roll them and do filling and close it.
Deep fry it in hot oil.
Delicious aloo Kay Samosay is ready.
Ingredients For Sesame Fried Chicken:
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Egg 2
Sesame seeds 1 cup
Flour 3/4 cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
White chili 1 tsp
Soya sauce 4 tbsp
Oil for frying
Salt as required
Chopped garlic 6 cloves
Method:
First cut the chicken cut it into stir pieces.
Then take it out in a dish, add flour, salt and black pepper mix it well.
Then take another dish, add beaten egg and take out cumin seeds in third dish.
After that add soya sauce, white pepper, chopped garlic, salt and black pepper on chicken for marination.
Now add flour mixture, then coat it in egg and cumin seeds then keep it on a side.
Now pour oil in a pan, make the chicken golden from both sides, and cook it.
Delicious semi Fried Chicken is ready.
Ingredients For Imli Aur Podinay Ki Chutney:
Tamarind juice 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
Red chilies 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Method:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
Chutney is ready.
