Ingredients For Rabri Key Parcel:

  • Samosa patti  2 dozen
  • Khoya  250 gm
  • Rabri  250 gm
  • Sugar  2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder  1 tsp
  • Almonds chopped 2 tbsp
  • Pistachio chopped  2 tbsp
  • Flour paste  to seal parcels

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add khoya, rabri, sugar, chopped cardamom, almonds and pistachio mix it well.
  2. Then take samosa patti place it in cross and do the filling.
  3. Then freeze it for 2 hours and deep fry it in hot oil

Ingredients For Besan Kay Kabab:

  • Mint chopped 1 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper  1 1/2 tsp
  • Allspice  1/2 tsp
  • Water  2-3 tbsp

Ingredients For Apricot Peachy Chiller:

  • Apricots  6-8
  • Peaches  1 cup
  • Strawberries  1/2 cup
  • Sugar  2 tbsp
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Ice  1 cup
  • Peach essence  2-3 drops

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a  blender, blend them until it becomes smooth.
