Ingredients For Arabic Samosa:

For Dough:

  • Flour  1-1/2 cup
  • Yeast  1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/4 tsp
  • Fennel  1/2 tsp
  • Water  to knead

For Filling:

  • Beef or chicken mince  200 gm
  • Small onion 1
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon  1/4 tsp
  • Green chilies  1/4 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese  1/4 cup
  • Oil  for frying
  • Oil  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add flour, yeast, salt, fennel and water knead it.
  2. Then make small portions leave it to rise.
  3. Now for filling pour oil in a pan for frying.
  4. Then add mince, cumin, chopped black pepper, salt, cinnamon and green cardamom roast it well.
  5. Add cheddar cheese, remove it from stove.
  6. Now fry the portions roll them round, put filling on one side and close it from another side.
  7. Then give it shape of half moon, press it sides with fork.
  8. Now deep fry them on low temperature.
  9. Delicious Arabic Samosa is ready.

Ingredients For Yogurt Garlic Tahini Sauce:

  • Yogurt  1/4 cup
  • Tahini Sauce  1 tsp
  • Garlic  1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper as needed

Method:

  1. First take a bowl add beaten yogurt, tahini paste, garlic, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
  2. Delicious yogurt garlic tahini sauce is ready to serve with Arabic samosa.
