Ingredients For Iftar Platter:

  • Yogurt  125 gm
  • Boiled potato  2 to 3
  • Boiled white chickpeas  250 gm
  • Chopped onion  1
  • Chopped tomato  1 to 2
  • Papri  2 to 3
  • Chat masala  1 tbsp

For Samosa:

  • Samosa strip  5 to 8
  • Mash potato  1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion  1
  • Crushed red chili  1 tbsp
  • Pomegranate seed  1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste  1 tsp
  • All spice powder  1 tsp
  • Crushed roasted carom  1/2 tsp
  • Crushed roasted cumin  1 tsp
  • Green coriander  1 bunch
  • Green chilies  4 to 5
  • Chinese salt  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  for fry
  • Salt to taste
