Ingredients For Aloo kay Dahi Baray:

  • Yogurt  1 kg
  • Fresh milk  1 cup
  • Corn flour  1 tbsp
  • Sugar  1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

For Dahi Baray:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Egg whites 2
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes  1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin  1 tbsp
  • Rice flour  3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

For Tamarind Chutney:

  • Tamarind paste  1 cup
  • Black salt  1 pinch
  • Sonth  1 pinch
  • Cumin powder  1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste


Ingredients For Qeema Masala:

  • Mince  1/2 kg
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Chopped green coriander 2 bunch
  • Lemons  2
  • Chopped onions  3
  • Garlic cloves  4
  • Chopped green chilies  8
  • Chopped ginger  1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
