Ingredients For Chatpatay Aloo Ki Chaat:

  • Knorr Chicken cube 1
  • Red chili flakes  1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tbsp
  • Sugar  1 tbsp
  • Sonth   2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First boil the potatoes make its small pieces.
  2. Now spread the potatoes in a wide dish.
  3. Then add red chili, black salt, roasted and chopped cumin.
  4. After that add chopped onion, chopped green chilies, chopped mint, lemon juice and knorr chicken cube.
  5. Now add chopped papri and mix nimco.
  6. Then add tamarind thick paste, chopped fennel, sugar, roasted and chopped cumin, chopped red chilies cook it well.
  7. After that add salt, black pepper.
  8. Then add tamarind chutney then serve.

Ingredients For Galawat Ky Kabab:

  • Beef mince  1 kg
  • Fresh cream  1 packet
  • Chopped coriander 1 bunch
  • Egg  1
  • Bread slices  3
  • Cloves  4
  • Chopped green chilies  4
  • Black pepper 6
  • Small cardamom  6
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Black cumin  1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Red chili  1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste  2 tbsp
  • Chickpeas  2 tbsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First add peas, white cumin, black cumin, small cardamom, cloves, black chili and poppy seeds, chop it well.
  2. Now add mince, chopped masala, bread slices chop it well.
  3. Then add chopped papaya, cream, salt, chopped red chilies, egg, mint and chopped green chilies knead it well.
  4. After that add seekh kabab and shallow fry it.
  5. When it becomes golden brown then spread it and add lemon juice, simmer it on low temperature.
  6. Delicious Galawat Ky Kababs are ready.
