Ingredients For Chicken Egg Roll:

  • Chicken boneless  300 gm
  • Boiled egg  2
  • Cabbage  1 cup
  • Carrot  1 cup
  • Spring onion  1 cup
  • Capsicum  1 cup
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Chili sauce  1 tbsp
  • Chinese salt  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Garlic  2 tsp

Method:

  1. First cut the cabbage, carrot, green onion and capsicum.
  2. Now put garlic, chopped red chilies, chopped and roasted cumin and tamarind sauce on chicken boneless marinate it for 10 minutes.
  3. Then pour oil on its top then keep its flame high.
  4. When the water dries then take it out and beat it, add all vegetables keep its flame high while frying.
  5. After that take it out and add black pepper, Chinese salt, salt, chat masala and boiled eggs mix well.
  6. Put it in samosa strip, close it fry it in hot oil then serve.

Ingredients For Potato Croquettes:

  • Boiled potato 1/2 kg
  • Bread crumbs  1 cup
  • Egg  2
  • Butter  50 gm
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Chinese salt  1/2 tsp
  • Parsley  4 tbsp
  • Oil  for frying

Method:

  1. First add boiled potato mash it then add butter, black pepper, salt, Chinese salt, parsley and parmesan mix it well.
  2. Now make croquettes of it and add beaten eggs and dip it into bread crumbs fry it in hot oil.
  3. Delicious Potato Croquettes are ready.

Ingredients For Doodh Soda:

  • Milk  1/2 liter
  • Green soft Drink  1
  • Fresh cream  1/2 cup
  • Sugar  1 tbsp
  • Ice  as required

Method:

  1. Blend all the above ingredients in a blender.
  2. Now serve it in glass.
