Ingredients For Kharay Masalay Ka Keema With Shan Keema Masala:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion  250 gm
  • Crushed garlic  1 tbsp
  • Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
  • Whole button red chilies 10
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Mix whole spices  1 tbsp
  • White cumin  1 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Yogurt  3/4 cup
  • Allspice  1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies  2
  • Shan keema Masala  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Take a pan, add onions, chopped garlic, whole red chilies, mince, salt, whole garam masala, white cumin, shan keema masala, pour oil cover and let it cook.
  2. Then add beaten yogurt, cover and let it cook until the oil starts to comes up.
  3. Add chopped garam masala, green coriander and green chilies then serve.

Ingredients For Lab-e-Shireen:

  • Milk  8 cup
  • Sugar  12 tbsp
  • Sliced pistachios  2-3 tbsp
  • Strawberry jelly 1 packet
  • Water  1 cup
  • Pineapple tit bits  1 tin
  • Gulab sharbat  4 tbsp
  • Cold milk  1/2 cup
  • Cream  2 packets
  • Strawberry custard 3 tbsp
  • Cold milk 1/4 cup
  • Colored vermicelli  a handful

Method:

  1. First mix the strawberry jelly into water.
  2. Now add sharbat into milk.
  3. Then add strawberry custard powder into milk.
  4. Now boil the milk add some sugar.
  5. Then add custard milk and stir it till its mixture becomes thick.
  6. Now add colored vermicelli, remove it from stove.
  7. Let the custard cool.
  8. Now add pineapple pieces, pistachio and jelly pieces.
  9. Serve it by adding red sharbat.
