Ingredients For Curd Rice:

  • Cooking oil  3 tbsp
  • Rice  1 cup
  • Milk  2 cups
  • Salt  to taste
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Curry leaves  5-6
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Dry red chilies 3
  • Coriander leaves  to garnish

Method:

  1. First boil the rice in milk, leave it for an hour.
  2. Then add yogurt and salt mix it well.
  3. Pour oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and whole red chilies fry it till the pepper becomes black.
  4. Now put that tarka on rice mix it well.
  5. Sprinkle green coriander and serve it with any chutney or achar then serve.

Ingredients For Special Sharbat:

  • Milk  1 liter
  • Custard powder 2 tbsp
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Ice cream soda  2 glass
  • Cream  1/2 cup
  • Red jelly powder  1 cup
  • Almonds & pistachios  100 gm
  • Vanilla essence  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First pour milk in a pan, let it cook on stove.
  2. When it is boiled then add sugar, custard powder in water let it cool.
  3. Then add jelly in water let it cook, make it pieces after it becomes cool.
  4. Pour remaining milk, custard, cream and vanilla essence in a blender.
  5. After that take it out in a jug add almonds and pistachios then add jelly pieces then serve.
