Ingredients For Chicken Thali Handi:

  • Chicken boneless  500 gm
  • Red chilly  6 pc's
  • Fresh cream  100 gm
  • Turmeric powder  1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tsp
  • Coriander powder  1tsp
  • Cumin powder  1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Aijino moto  1/2 tsp
  • Cheese slice  1 pc's
  • Fresh coriander  1 bunch chopped
  • Tomato paste  100 gm
  • Sesame seeds  1 tsp
  • 4 maghaz 1 tsp
  • Coconut  1 tsp

Method:

  1. First pour oil in a pan, heat it and add chicken boneless cubes.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste cook it for 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Then add tomato paste, fry it more along red chilies, turmeric, garam masala, green coriander, cumin, sesame seeds, cumin and char maghaz mix it well.
  4. Pour fresh cream mix it for 2 minutes then serve.

Ingredients For Satrangi Spaghetti:

  • Chicken boneless  200 gm
  • Boil spaghetti 1/2 packet
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • White pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp
  • Chilly sauce  2 tsp
  • Green pepper julian Cutting  100 gm
  • White cabbage julian cutting 100 gm
  • Green chilly 5 pc's
  • Fresh red chilly  5 pc's 
  • Spring onion juliian Cutting 20 gm
  • Tomato julian Cutting  100 gm  
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ajino Moto  1/2 tsp
  • Chili ketchup  100 gm
  • Mayonnaise for garnish  50 gm

Method:

  1. First boil the spaghetti.
  2. Now add pour water in a pan add salt and oil.
  3. Then add spaghetti boil it for 10 minutes.
  4. Now take out its water, pour cold water.
  5. When you drain the water then add oil and mix it.
  6. Then pour oil in another pan add chicken boneless.
  7. Now add ginger garlic paste fry it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. Now add green chilies, cabbage, red chilies, green chilies add green onion mix them all well.
  9. Then add salt, after that add chinese salt, soya sauce, chili sauce, white pepper and black pepper mix it and tomatoes.
  10. Add garlic ketchup while serving, then mayonnaise topping.
  11. Satrangi Spaghetti is ready to eat.
