Puri And Fried Gola Kabab by Rida Aftab

Ingredients For Fried Gola Kabab:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Fried onion  4
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tsp
  • Yogurt  1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Mace  1/4 tsp
  • Nutmeg  1/4 tsp
  • Cardamom powder  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt  as required

Method:

  1. First add mince, fried onions and raw papaya chop it well.
  2. Now add nutmeg mace, chopped mince.
  3. Then add egg, chopped garam masala, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chopped red chilies and salt mix it well.
  4. Then give it shape of gold kabab deep fry it in hot oil then serve.

Ingredients For Puri:

  • Fine flour  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Luke warm water  as required
  • Ghee  for frying

  • Quantity of fried onion is wrong.if u will use 4 onions, the mixture will not shape into kababs. so use only 4-5 tbsp fried onion. while following rida aftab recipes, plz dont blindly follow her recipes. also if u add 1 tbsp seekh kabab masala to gola kabab mixture, it will improve flavour immensely.add 2 tbsp roasted beasn also. jazak allah.
